Free Shipping Across Pakistan
At Loots.pk, we’re committed to giving our customers the best value and service. That’s why we currently offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum purchase required.
Dispatch & Working Days
We dispatch orders 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Since Sunday is a non-working day in Pakistan, dispatch and delivery services remain closed. However, you can still place your orders anytime through our website or message us on our Facebook page.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Orders placed before 05:00 PM are included in the same-day consignment.
Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe

Major Cities / Settled Areas: 2–3 working days

Remote Areas (Interior Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, etc.): 4–5 working days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation messages or calls at each stage — when your order is booked, processed, and delivered.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel’s journey conveniently.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy in case:
