I would like to give my honest review for best customer service and best quality products provides by loots and its team. Though I don't give reviews often but Loots. Pk deserve a thumbs up.

I placed an order for a watch and binoculars after visiting the market on loots.pk as they were offering verh competitive price. After recieveing the order i found a bit problem with lens caliberation of binoculars. I forwarded my complaint and they sent new product the very next day exchanging the old one without any additional cost.

I wasn't expecting such a quick, kind and delightful response from the loots.pk
